摘要
以离子交换树脂为模板,在20~80℃的温度条件和600 r/min的搅拌作用下,与硫酸盐溶液反应,制备硫酸钙晶须.讨论了不同反应条件包括反应温度、硫酸盐溶液浓度和反应时间对产物的影响,由实验结果可知,40~60℃的温度条件,2~4 h的反应时间,0.17~0.35 mol/L的硫酸锌浓度是最佳制备条件.同时由SEM、TG、XRD和IR分析的结果表明,使用该方法可以得到形貌规整、均一的半水硫酸钙晶须.
Calcium sulfate whiskers are prepared with ion-exchange resins as templates and sulfate solution at 20~80℃ reactive temperature and 600r/min stirring rate.The effects of different reactive conditions including reactive temperature,time and concentration of zinc sulfate solution on products are discussed,which show that the optimal conditions are respectively 40~60℃,4~6h and 0.2~0.35mol/L.The results of SEM,TG,XRD and IR show that the regular and uniform calcium sulfate whiskers can be obtained by the ion-exchange method.
