摘要
客车车顶塌陷侵入性变形是客车侧翻时造成严重人员伤亡的主要原因.依据客车侧翻试验标准,基于非线性有限元数值方法研究客车车身结构的被动安全性.在数值模拟客车侧翻过程中,采用刚体—弹性体转化技术,既加快求解速度,同时又可以采用更小的时间步长得到更精确的结果.某客车车身结构侧翻碰撞数值仿真结果表明:客车上部结构不满足法规ECE R66的要求,应增强该部位结构的刚度,确保最大生存空间以保护乘客生命安全.
Collapse deformation of a bus roof is the main reason to cause serious casualties for a bus rollover accident.According to the standard of bus rollover test,rollover crashworthiness of a bus body is studied by means of nonlinear finite element numerical method.In order to decrease the solving time and obtain more accurate results,rigid-elastomer conversion technology is employed to simulate a bus rollover crashworthiness.The simulation results show that the bus body skeleton and the living space have mutual penetration,and rollover crashworthiness of the bus does not meet the requirements of ECE R66.Some suggestions are given to enhance structure stiffness to enlarge the passenger living space.
