The application of DSP builder in image edge detection

摘要 选取二维高斯函数的一阶偏导数构造小波函数,利用小波变换的多尺度特性,提取图像的多尺度边缘信息。在DSP Builder开发环境下,对算法进行了可视化编程、仿真,并生成VHDL代码,完成FPGA实现及系统集成。仿真实验取得了比较理想的结果。 One-dimension derivative of two-dimension Gauss function is selected as wavelet function to detect image multi-scales edge information using the multi-scales character of wavelet.In the Altera corporation's DSP Builder development environment,the algorithm is programmed and simulated visually,ensuring to generate VHDL codes.The algorithm is implemented in FPGA system which is integrated,making an ideal result in experiment.
