摘要
根据青海撒拉族所居住的地理环境、宗教信仰及民族传统体育文化背景等,采用文献法、分析法和专家访谈法等方式,对青海撒拉族传统体育的主要项目及特点进行深入研究,以便挖掘、传承和普及撒拉族民族传统体育活动,为推动全民健身活动,推广撒拉族传统体育提供参考依据。
