摘要
目的:总结12例右侧颈内静脉置管术患者的护理体会。方法:分析12例右颈内静脉置管患者的临床资料,采用有针对性地预防和控制并发症的护理措施。结果:本组12例右颈内静脉置管患者均未发生相关并发症及感染。结论:把握护理重点做好置管前、置管中及置管后护理,可以提高右颈内静脉置管的成功率,减少留置导管相关性感染及并发症的发生。
objective To summarize the nursing experiences of 12 patients with internal jugular vein intubation.Methods After analyzed clinical data of 12 patients with internal jugular vein intubation,we took the individual nursing strategy for each patient to reduce the correlated complications.Results All of 12 patients with internal jugular vein intubation had no infection and correlated complications.Conclusions Careful observation and nursing is of vital significance to ensure the success of catherization through internal jugular venepuncture and reduce the correlated complications and infection.
