摘要
在竞争激烈的市场经济下,企业赖以生存、发展的自然环境和社会环境,以及人的决策的不确定性,都会使企业面临很大的风险和威胁.因此,运营好财务风险管理直接影响企业的资金周转和经济效益,是我们企业管理的重大问题.试图对企业财务风险进行概括探讨,并从影响企业财务风险的筹资风险、经营风险、投资风险等方面进行解析,以期对财务风险的成因提出针对性的防范措施.
Financial risk due to corporate borrowing and the uncertainty results of finance. Enterprises working capital management is an important content. In the fierce competition in the market, the enterprise＇s survival, development of the natural environment and social and the decision of uncertainty, so that enterprises will face great risks and threats. Therefore, good financial risk management operations directly affect the business cash flow and economic benefits. Enterprise management is a major issue. Through this research, the enterprise＇s financial risk and a summary of the financial impact of corporate risk financing risks, operational risks, investment risks and other factors affecting the financial risk analysis and the causes of targeted preventive measures proposed.
