摘要
目的了解昆明市流动人口卫生服务站的运行现状,为促进昆明市流动人口社区卫生服务事业的发展提供科学依据。方法对昆明市四个区47家流动人口卫生服务站进行现场调查,深入了解昆明市流动人口卫生服务站的运行情况及所存在的问题。结果各区流动人口卫生服务站与服务功能相关的设备配置情况较为理想;医护人员素质及技术水平较低,缺乏全科医学培训;卫生主管部门对开展社区卫生服务支持不够,主要表现为资金投入不足、相应的配套设施不全。结论应加大对流动人口卫生服务站的资金投入;加强人才队伍的建设;健全对流动人口的服务方式及内容;建立流动人口卫生管理组织,形成卫生管理网络。
Objective To investigate the operation situation of community health services （CHS） stations for floating population in Kunming area so as to provide scientific evidence for development of CHS cause for floating population. Methods Field survey was conducted about the situation of 47 health service stations for floating population in four districts of Kunming area so as to deeply investigate the operation situation and existing problems. Results The service function of the CHS stations for floating population and the relevant equipment are ideal in the four districts. However there were some problems of lower leveled quality and skill of the medical staff, lack of general medicine training, insufficient support of CHS by the competent authority of health which mainly showed undersupply of money and corresponding equipment. Conclusion It is necessary to raise the investment, enhance the building of professional contingent, perfect the service model and contents fro floating population, establish the health management organization, and develop a web of health management.
