摘要 阐述了北方农村秸秆高效利用技术研究的重要意义;对各种秸秆高效利用技术进行了分析,指出了它们推广应用的技术关键。秸秆固化成型技术在近期已经具备一定推广应用条件。秸秆成型燃料燃烧特性良好,且便于储存和运输。秸秆成型加工可以作为秸秆燃料的预处理技术,为各种秸秆的高效利用技术特别是直接燃烧技术准备原料。秸秆成型机技术已有较大进步,进一步研究需要在降低能耗和提高成产率方面开展。 This paper presented the importance of the research on the technologies for high-efficiency utilization of straw in the north rural areas of China. An analysis of different technologies was carried out, and the key techniques for promoting their application were indicated. It was deemed that the biomass-fuel briquetting is a practical technology and will find wide application in the near future. Biomass briquette is a fuel with good combustibility and convenient to store and transport. The biomass-fuel briquetting can be used for pretreatment of straw to suply feedstock for different technologies for high-efficiency utilization, especially the direct-combustion. Further work is needed to reduce energy consumption and increase production rates of biomass briquetting machines.
