摘要
为了解六星黑点豹蠹蛾幼虫在转移寄主过程中对寄主的再次选择性特点,本研究在对寄主种类调查的同时,分别统计分析了幼虫对31种寄主植物寄生率和受害程度,并采用圆盘法研究了幼虫对不同寄主喜好程度以及寄主枝条粗细对幼虫选择性的影响.结果表明:被调查的48种绿化树中,65%的树种被寄生,除9种针叶树不被寄生外,39种阔叶树中有31种被六星黑点豹蠹蛾寄生(占阔叶树的79.5%).根据寄生率划分中的6个等级,幼虫对山楂、柿和英桐的寄生率高达100%.幼虫对31种寄主植物的选择实验中,白梨的选择率最高为56.67%,其次是刺槐、石榴和家榆,分别为20.00%,13.33%,10.00%.头宽为3~5 mm的幼虫对14 mm直径的枝条选择率高达97%.
In order to carry out effective prevention of Zeazera leaconotam Butler larval stage,the harmful levels and hazard rates of host plants were Surveyed.A method for studying the damage of larvae transferring and statistics selection rate and time was designed.The survey showed that forty-eight tree species in the main campus of Tianjin Normal University,of which thirty-one species are damaged(65% of the species).Thirty-one broad-leaved species had been damaged,which accounted for 79.5% of broad-leaved trees,but conifers were hardly harmed.According to the damaged grades,the most serious were Crateagus pinnatifida,Diospyros kaki and Platanus orientalis acerifolia.Thirty-one kinds of host plants were divided into four groups for the selection experiment of the larvae,and it is showed that the selection rates of Pyrus bretschneideri,Robinia pseudoacacia,Punica granatum and Ulmus pumila were higher.Further comparison showed that the rate of Pyrus bretschneideri was significantly higher than others,but the selection of time had no significant difference.The rate of branches 14 mm diameter was highest to larvae of 3—5 mm head width.
