摘要
合成1-苯基-3-甲基-4-对氯苯甲酰基-5-吡唑啉酮(PM4ClBP)缩苯丙氨酸甲酯、PM4ClBP缩色氨酸甲酯席夫碱及其Cu(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ)金属配合物,并对合成的化合物进行了核磁及红外光谱表征,推测了其可能的结构.利用琼脂扩散法测定了PM4ClBP席夫碱及其配合物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性,结果表明:配体和配合物对2种细菌的生长均具有一定的抑制作用.
Two kinds of Schiff bases derived from PM4ClBP with L-phenylalanine methyl ester,L-tryptophan methyl ester and their metal(Cu2+,Co2+,Ni2+,Cd2+,Fe3+) complexes were synthesized.1HNMR,IR was performed and the possible structures of the 10 compounds were given.The antibacterial activity tests of Schiff bases and the complexes of different concentrations against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were performed using diffusion test in vitro.The results revealed that all compounds had the activity of inhibiting the growth of the two bacteriums.
