摘要
以2,2-二甲基环丙烷甲酸为先导化合物,将其与水杨酸酯类化合物作用,合成了6个新的2,2-二甲基环丙烷苯甲酸酯类化合物,所有新化合物经元素分析、1H NMR确证,合成产率为52.1%~72.4%.
2,2-dimethylcyclopropane carboxylic acid were used as leading compounds for their biological activity,and reacted with salicylate.Six new compounds were prepared and characterized by elemental analyses and 1H NMR.Their yields were 52.1%—72.4%.
