摘要
主要介绍了基于双光束比浊法的血凝检测系统的基本原理、设计方法和应用价值,整体陈述了硬件结构设计、基于LabVIEW的软件系统和关键技术。血凝双光束检测系统具有不破坏纤维、不受自然光干涉影响、可捕捉凝固过程的细微变化、精度高、准确性较好等优点,对血液的大部分检测项目都可进行检测。该检测系统的研究促进了中国医学血凝检测技术水平的提高。
This paper mainly describes the basic principles, design methods and using value of two-beam coagulation in test of the projects of nephelometery. The design of hardware structure, software system based on LabVIEW and key technology were all stated in this paper. Double-beam detection system of cruor does not undermine the fiber, but can avert interference effects of natural light, capture the subtle changes in the solidification process, and guarantee high precision and good accuracy, etc. Most of the blood test items can be detected. The research in the detection system has promoted the medical detection technology.
