摘要
在战略管理研究中,企业越来越重视企业间网络关系治理,将外部网络关系作为其重要战略之一。企业间合作的经济整合有助于企业间网络稳定性和企业获利能力提高。企业间网络经济整合通过调解网络信任、共同治理和程序公平对网络稳定性和企业获利能力发挥作用,其中对网络稳定性的影响是促进的,对参与企业获利能力的影响,先是促进,当到达某一最优点后,将呈下降趋势。
Inter-firm network linkages are an important topic in the strategic management research field.Economic integration plays a key role on the inter-firm network stability and profitability.Network trust,joint governance and procedural justice moderate the effect of inter-firm economic integration on network stability and profitability.Economic integration improves network stability and profitability.However,the positive effect of economic integration on profitability diminishes after a certain optimal level of economic integration.
