摘要
广东省近年来一直致力于通过产业转移缩小区际之间的经济差距,但政府层面的产业转移政策必须注重市场规律。以广东省珠三角地区以及东西两翼和粤北地区为例,对产业转移和产业集聚进行的实证研究表明:东西两翼和粤东地区存在着巨大的产业转入的空间,政府部门应建立产业转移的长效机制,促使区域经济早日实现从比较优势向竞争优势的转变。
In recent years,Guangdong Province,has been working through the transfer of industry to narrow the economic gap between the inter-district,but from the government level,the transfer of industry policy must focus on market discipline.Taking the Pearl River Delta in Guangdong Province,as well as the east and west wings areas,and northern part of Guangdong as an example,the empirical studies of industrial transfer and agglomeration have shown that：there is a huge industry transfer space in the east and west wings and the eastern region in Guangdong.Government departments should set up the long-term mechanism of industrial transfer to promote the early realization of the regional economy from a comparative advantage to competitive advantage changes.
