摘要
对核电厂应急行动水平(EAL)制定方法学和技术体系进行调研,并对国内核电厂制定的EAL进行分析。概要阐述了美国和国际原子能机构发展形成的EAL方法学和技术体系,对目前我国核电厂制定的EAL进行综述和评价,对核电厂EAL技术在我国的发展提出初步建议。
Methodologies and technical system for development of emergency action levels （EAL） and their application in Chinese nuclear power plants （NPPs） were investigated. EAL methodologies and technical system developed by US and International Atomic Energy Agency （IAEA） were introduced firstly and then domestic NPPs application and practice were summarized and evaluated. Some pieces of suggestions were proposed to develop EAL guideline documents in China.
