基于隔爆电缆卷筒的滑环材料分析

摘要 在矿用车辆的电能源车辆中,隔爆电缆卷筒主要起着储存电缆的作用。储存的电缆通过滑环的电流转换作用,为车辆提供一定范围内的活动自由能力。结合实例,借助理论分析和工程计算,提出了隔爆电缆卷筒滑环材料的设计、选取方法。 In mine vehicles of electric vehicles, the anti-explosion cable reel is a main body whose function is storage cable .By the arc rotating ring switching ,the stored cable make the mine vehicles of electric vehicles moving in any area. Based on a example ,promotting a method of designing and selecting, it is based on a material of the rotating ring, that is the key part of the anti-explosion cable reel switching over the external power to vehicle body.
