介绍了定量给料机在线校准技术,阐述了新技术的工作原理和系统组成。通过对定量给料机动态称重技术和称重控制仪表的技术创新,使设备自身具备了在线校准功能。应用这种新型定量给料机无须改造现有的生产工艺和配套设备,并可满足生产连续性的要求。
The working principle and system constitution of online calibration weighfeeder were described. Online selfcalibration could be implement by means of the weigh-in-motion technology of weighfeeder and weighing control instrument. It is not necessary to change the existed production process and equipments. This new weighfeeder could be operated continuously.
