摘要
对威宁县高海拔地区中下等肥力土壤烟草种植最佳氮肥用量与烤烟品质之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,红花大金元品种最佳施氮量为6 kg/667m2,产量为120 kg/667m2,产值为1 762.8元/667m2;不同施氮量对烟叶化学成分影响较大,烟叶烟碱、钾含量、蛋白质含量和石油醚提取物随着施氮量增加呈现上升趋势,还原糖和总糖随施氮量的增加呈下降趋势。不同部位烟叶中,上部烟叶的烟碱、石油醚提取物、蛋白质含量高于中部叶,还原糖、总糖、钾则低于中部叶。
Honghuadajinyuan, a tobacco variety, was tested in the soil with middle and poor fertility to study the effect of different nitrogen amount on tobacco quality in Weining County with a high elevation. The results showed that the yield and output value of Honghuadajinyuan could be up to 120 kg/667m^2 and 1 762.80 Yuan/667m^2 when the optimum nitrogen amount was 6 kg/667m^2. Applying nitrogen amount had the significant effect on tobacco chemical composition and the nicotine, potassium and protein content and petroleum ether extract rose with increment of nitrogen amount. The reducing sugar and total sugar content declined with increment of nitrogen amount. The nicotine and protein content and petroleum ether extract in upper leaves was higher than those in middle leaves and the reducing sugar, total sugar and potassium content in upper leaves was lower than those of middle leaves.
