丙烯酰胺对雄性小鼠骨髓和精原细胞微核率的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Acrylamide on Micronucleus Frequency of Bone Marrow Cells and Spermatogonium of Male Mice

摘要 为了解丙烯酰胺不同剂量和处理时间对雄性小鼠骨髓和精原细胞微核率的影响,通过给小鼠腹腔注射不同浓度(0.2 mg/L,0.4 mg/L,0.6 mg/L)的丙烯酰胺溶液进行染毒,以环磷酰胺(1 mg/mL)和生理盐水为对照,分别于染毒后16h、24h和36h取雄性小鼠骨髓和精原细胞制片,对小鼠骨髓和精原细胞微核观察计数,并用统计软件GraphPad Prism4.0进行分析。结果表明:丙烯酰胺剂量对诱发雄性小鼠骨髓细胞和精原细胞微核形成有重要作用,导致微核细胞率升高;而丙烯酰胺处理时间起次要作用。 Male mice were injected by acrylamide solution with different concentrations and then the rnicronucleus of bone marrow cells and spermatogonia of the injected mice was counted after 16 h, 24 h and 36 h respectively to study effects of different acrylamide concentration and treatment time on micronucleus frequency of bone marrow cells and spermatogonia of male mice. The results show that acrylamide concentration plays an important role in micronucleus formation of bone marrow cells and spermatogonia of male mice and results in increase of micronucleus frequency, and the treatment time has the second effect on micronucleus formation of bone marrow cells and spermatogonia of male mice.
