摘要 目的研究尿毒症患者透析、肾移植前后左室结构和功能改变。方法 CDFI测量30例尿毒症患者透析治疗、肾移植前、移植成功3个月后左室结构和功能。结果尿毒症患者透析治疗3个月心脏各参数:左室舒末径、左室厚壁厚度、左室舒张及收缩功能均有明显改善(P<0.05);肾移植3个月后左室厚壁厚度较术前明显减小(P<0.01),仍较正常对照组增厚(P<0.05),余指标与正常对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论尿毒症患者肾移植术后,左室结构和功能逐渐得以改善。 Objective To study the dialysis treatment in uremic patients and renal transplant patients,and left ventricular structural and functional changes. Methods measurement of 30 eases of uremic patients CDFI dialysis,kidney transplant prior to transplantation after 3 months after the success of left ventrieular structure and function. Results before and after cardiac transplantation in patients with uremia parameters of left ventricular end Shu trails, thick-walled left ventricular thickness,left ventrieular diastolic and systolic function were significantly improved(P〈0.05 );kidney transplantation three months after the surgery than the thickness of thick-walled left ventricularthe former significantly reduced(P〈0.01 ), still higher than the normal control group thickening(P〈0.05 ), I target with the normal control group, no significant difference(P〉0.05 ). Conclusion Results uremia after renal transplantation in patients with left ventricular structure and function gradually improved.
