摘要
目的探讨经阴道超声检查在早期异位妊娠的临床价值。方法回顾95例异位妊娠患者经阴道超声检查的超声特征,并进行分析。结果经阴道超声诊断早期异位妊娠95例,经手术病理、临床确诊93例,诊断率符合97.8%;其中输卵管未破裂型60例,输卵管流产型33例,黄体血肿误诊为异位妊娠2例。结论经阴道超声检查显像对异位妊娠的早期诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of trance-vagine-utrosonic in the early diagnosis of extrauterine pregnancy. Methods The ultrasound character of 95 cases of extrauterine pregnancy that were diagnosed by TVS were analyzed rectrospectively. Results 95 cases were diagnosed extrauterine pregnancy by TVS, 93 eases were diagnosed by postoperative pathology. 97.8% cases were diagnosed accurately. 60 cases were diagnosed unrupture of tubal pregnancy. 33 cases were diagnosed tubalabortion,2 cases of luteal haematoma were diagnosed extrauterine pregnancy with mistake. Conclusion Transvaginal Ultrasound do help to early diagnosis or differentiation diagnosis of extrauterine pregnancy.
