摘要
本文通过对中小企业财务的核心要素进行系统分析,结合创业板对上市企业财务上的具体要求,提出中小企业在筹备创业板上市的过程中的财务战略筹划方案。
Based on analyses of the core elements of small and medium-sized enterprises’ financial system and financial specific requirements to listed enterprises of Stock Exchange Venture this article proposes some financial strategic planning schemes for small and medium-sized enterprises to go public.
