摘要
文章结合北京制造业在国际金融危机中受到的冲击,从生产性服务业的视角提出了北京制造业转型升级的战略思路和对策建议。主要包括:以生产性服务业培育制造业核心竞争优势、促进生产性服务业和制造业形成良性互动、以生产性服务业为纽带加强跨国公司对本地的产业关联效应和知识外溢效应、围绕重点产业打造"制造—服务"产业链和产业集群。
Manufacture industry of Beijing ineluctab le was bad impacted by the financial crisis. The paper advances the thinking and measures on manufacture industry upgrading in Beijing from the point view of producer services. They mainly include nurturing core competition advantages of manufacture industry by producer services, promoting nice interaction between service and manufacture industry, strengthening the industry connecting effect and knowledge outflow effect of cross-nation companies throw producer services, fostering industry chain and cluster of service and manufacture in important industries.
