摘要
深圳地铁五号线西大区间矿山法暗挖隧道顶部处于富水砂层中,砂层的自稳性较差,容易造成隧道突水、涌砂和坍塌现象。通过采用水平旋喷桩技术,在暗挖隧道拱顶形成一个水泥与砂层混合而成的环状帷幕体,对原土体进行了改良,不仅克服了富水砂层自稳性差的弱点,而且起到了抗变形、防流沙、防渗透的作用,保证隧道掘进安全。
This paper introduces the application of the horizontal rotary-jet grouting piles in Xida Section of Shenzhen Metro Line 5, the tunnel construction of which adopts mining method and subsurface excavation method. Top of the tunnel is located in water-rich sands, and the sand is of poor self-stability, which is hkely to cause water bursting, boiling of sand and collapse. With application of the horizontal rotary-jet grouting piles, a ring curtain body mixed with cement and sands is formed in the tunnel vault. This kind of soil improvement techniques not only overcomes the poor self-stability of the waterrich sands, but also plays a role of anti-deformation, anti-quicksand, and anti-seepage, and then ensures the safety of the tunnel boring.
