摘要
将尺寸链分析引入到道岔设计中,介绍了道岔设计尺寸链分析的基本方法,并应用该方法对道岔尖轨基本轨相对降低值尺寸链进行了具体分析,提出了道岔生产和组装过程中控制道岔组件配合公差的措施,为选配和修配在道岔生产和组装过程中的应用提供了理论依据。
Introducing dimension chain analysis into turnout design, this paper introduces the basic method of dimension chain analysis in turnout design, and applies this method in real analysis of the relative reduction between switch rail and stock rail of passenger dedicated line （PDL） turnout. Measures for controlling the tolerance between turnout components in the turnout production and assembly are put forward as well. All these provide a theoretical basis for the application of components selection and repair in turnout production and assembly.
