摘要
通过电吸附除盐中试,考察了对城市再生水进一步除盐的可行性。结果表明,电吸附除盐工艺对氯化物和离子的平均去除率分别为90%和78%,产水率为76%,电耗为0.57kW.h/m3,且其尾水的COD浓缩不明显,可直接外排;该工艺自控程度高、运行操作简单、出水水质稳定、除盐效果明显且直接运行成本较低,用于城市再生水的深度处理是可行的。
The feasibility of electrosorption desalination of municipal reclaimed water was investi- gated in a pilot-scale test. The results show that the average removal rates of chloride and ions are 90% and 78%, the water production rate is 76%, and the power consumption is 0.57 kW ~ h/m3. The COD concentration in the effluent is not obvious, and it can be discharged out directly. The process has high automation, simple operation, stable effluent quality, obvious desalination effect and low operation cost, and it is feasible for advanced treatment of municipal reclaimed water.
