胰腺间质瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，59岁。因上腹部隐痛2月入院。体格检查无阳性体征发现。实验室检查：肿瘤标记物阴性。腹部CT扫描显示胰头部有一直径12cm的呈分隔状肿物、中央区有液化、强化明显、胆胰管无扩张（图1）。术前诊断：胰头肿瘤，性质待定。术中见胰头部一直径约12cm的肿物，呈膨胀性生长，包膜完整。行Whipple手术，术后患者恢复良好。
