摘要
目的应用射频电离子综合治疗仪处理慢性鼻-鼻窦炎术后常见的并发症,观察其临床疗效。方法108例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎术后发生常见并发症患者,随机平均分成A、B两组,A组(射频组)应用射频电离子综合治疗仪处理术腔内肉芽组织、粘连组织及窦口狭窄、闭锁,B组(常规组)常规鼻内镜下应用鼻内镜器械处理术腔,分析临床有效率与治愈率。结果A组治愈率(59.26%)与B组治愈率(51.85%)相近,但A组有效率(92.59%)明显高于B组(83.33%),其中在2～4个月之内上皮化率A组(57.41%)比B组(37.04%)多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用射频电离子综合治疗仪处理慢性鼻-鼻窦炎术后并发症,其疗效显著,既能缩短术后随访的时程,又能有效控制并发症的复发。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the radiofrequency electrical ion comprehensive treatment instrument in the treatment of common postoperative complications of chronic nose-sinusitis.Methods 108 patients with chronic nose-sinusitis were randomly divided into group A and group B.In group A（RF group）,the granulation tissue,adhesions organizations and atresia of the sinus ostium stenosis were cleaned up by the radiofrequency electrical ion comprehensive treatment instrument;in group B（conventional group）,cavities were dealt with by endoscopic sinus surgery instruments under general endoscopy.Clinical response and cure rates were analyzed.Results The cure rate was similar between group A and group B（59.26% vs 51.85%）,the response rate in group A（92.59%）was significantly higher than that in group B（83.33%）,the rate of epithelialization in group A（57.41%）was higher than that in group B（37.04%）during the 2-4 month period,and the results were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Application of the RF ion instrument in comprehensive treatment of postoperative complications of chronic nose-sinusitis has significant effect,shortens the postoperative follow-up schedule and effectively controls the recurrence of complications.
