摘要
目的：探讨双吻合法与荷包钳单吻合法在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的优缺点.方法：对2005年3月～2008年12月我科65例低位直肠癌施行保肛手术患者的两种吻合方式进行回顾性资料分析.结果：双吻合法和荷包钳单吻合法各有优缺点,两者并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论：在低位直肠癌保肛手术的过程中,双吻合法与荷包钳单吻合法是两种切实可用的吻合方式.
Objective：To compare the advantages and disadvantages between double stapling technique （DST） and single stapling technique （SST） with purse pliers in anterior resection of low rectal cancer. Methods ： The data of 65 cases with low rectal cancer in our department from Mar. 2005 to Dec. 2008 was analyzed retrospectively. The anterior resection by using DST or SST was performed on these patients. Results：Using DDT or SST in the anterior resection of low rectal cancer has respective advantages and disadvantages. There is no significant difference in the incidence of complication between the two modes of operation （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Both DDT and SST are suitable for anterior resection in the treatment of low rectal cancer.
