摘要
光纤激光机器人三维切割系统是集三维六轴联动、高柔性、低成本于一体的智能化光机电产品。该产品主要利用机器人的空间运动优势和光纤激光柔性传输的特点来实现白车身冲压件的三维修边、切孔、分离,从而取代传统的模具加工。重点分析了系统在研发过程中的几项关键技术:控制系统的设计与集成、离线自动编程软件系统的研发、车身覆盖件三维激光切割夹具的设计、机器人激光切割头系统的研制、白车身薄板类金属的光纤激光加工工艺的研究等。该系统的研发成功,将大大缩短样车研制周期,对我国自主品牌汽车业的发展有着重要的战略意义。
The fiber laser cutting system based on high flexible robot is an intellectual electrical product with high-flexibility,low-cost and 6 axis. It mainly uses the robot's spatial motion strength and characteristics of flexible transmission of fiber laser to achieve auto body covering’s cutting. Thus,to replace the traditional mold processing. In this paper,several key techniques of the system are analyzed,the design and integration of the control system,the off-line automatic programming software,the design of 3d laser cutting clamp for auto body sheet,R&D of the robot laser cutting head system,R&D of fiber laser machining process for auto body covering,etc. If this system is successfully developed,it will greatly shorten the prototype vehicle development cycle,and is of strategic importance to China automotive industry.
