摘要
目的:探讨更好的下颌角肥大缩小术处理方案。方法:对我科1999～2009年收治的950例下颌角肥大缩小手术病例进行回顾性分析,对多种术式的并发症和术后效果进行评价,结合文献对下颌角肥大缩小术的若干问题进行总结。结果:目前多数整形医师采用口内入路下颌角肥大缩小,该技术安全可靠,对下颌骨整体塑形可获得更好的术后效果。结论:口内入路长弧线截骨对下颌骨整体轮廓塑形可获得更好的术后效果。
Objective To investigate a better management for hypertrophic mandibule angle reduction.Methods Total of 950 cases underwent mandibule angle reduction since 1999.All of the cases were retrospective analyzed,include operation technique,complication and outcome.Some problem about the operation were summarized through reviewed the papers.Results In recent years,intraoral approach was chosed by most plastic surgeon in mandibule angle reduction,and it was a safe and reliability method.A better outline could be gained by full mandibule moulding.Conclusion Application of long curved osteotomy can mould full mandibule in hypertrophic mandibule reduction through intraoral approach,this method can gain a better outcome.
