排便感受器认识的新观点及其在肛门直肠手术中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 排便感受器是排便控制反射过程中的重要环节，其定位对小儿直肠和肛门外科疾病的诊断和治疗有重要意义。排便控制反射由肛门内括约肌松弛反射，肛门外括约肌收缩反射和便意反射组成。传统的观点认为上述感受器位于直肠，但是近年来的研究发现，直肠切除的患儿仍然存在肛门外括约肌收缩反射和便意反射。
