摘要
报告2例先天性皮肤再生不良。2例分别为10个月和4岁的男性患儿,出生后即被发现头顶中线部位有1个及2个直径约1.5～2.6cm的红色、圆形、浅表的皮肤缺损,反复结痂、脱落,创面缓慢愈合,数月后形成菲薄纸样瘢痕,伴领圈样发。两患儿各系统均发育正常,家族成员均健康,无类似病史。
Two cases of aplasia cutis congenital were reported.Both of them were male,and 10 monthes and 4 years old respectively.The scalp lesions were dicovered on the midline of the vertex during the period of new born,and characterized by superficially red round absence of skin about 1.5～2.6cm in diameter,which were crusting and shedding recurrently and healing slowly.After several monthes they developed into menbranously scaring with the haircollar sign.Two patients grow normally without others anomalies.Familial numbers are health without the same disease.
