摘要
要改变农村职业教育的落后状况,必须城乡统筹发展职业教育。城乡统筹发展职业教育是一种新型职业教育发展观。城乡统筹发展职业教育是促进农村持续健康发展的需要,是实现教育公平及社会和谐发展的需要,是农村人力资源开发和积累的需要,是实现农村发展方式转变的需要。要城乡统筹发展职业教育,必须着力推进城乡统筹发展职业教育的制度安排,着力推进城乡统筹发展职业教育的基础能力建设计划,着力建立推进城乡统筹发展职业教育的公益体制,着力完善推进城乡统筹发展职业教育的政策保障。
Rural vocational education must be of urban and rural co-ordinate development to change its backwardness at present.It is a new concept of development of vocational education.It is the need of promoting sustainable and healthy development in rural areas,of achieving educational equality and social harmony and development,of exploring the rural human resources and accumulation,of implementing change of rural development mode.To co-ordinate urban-rural development of vocational education,we must focus on promoting its institutional arrangements and its basis for capacity-building program,make efforts to establish and advance its public welfare system as well as stress on refining its policy support.
