摘要
以双通道虚拟示波器为例,阐述了基于图形化的编程语言LabVIEW和NI USB-6009数据采集卡的虚拟仪器设计过程,从系统构造,软、硬件设计等方面详细介绍了虚拟示波器的实现。该虚拟示波器具有波形显示、参数测量、滤波、频谱分析、数据存储和回放等多种功能,与常规示波器相比,不但简化了结构,提高了测试性能,而且实现了测试自动化。
This paper,taking the double-channel virtual oscilloscope as an example,gives the design process of virtual instrument based on NI USB-6009 board and LabVIEW software and describes in detail how to realize the virtual oscilloscope form the design of system and the implementation of hardware and software.The virtual oscilloscope is of these functions including waveform display,parameter measurement,filter,spectral analysis,data storage and playback.As compared with the conventional oscilloscope,this system could simplify the structure,improve the test performance,and realize the automatic test.
