Multi-function Sensor Based on CAN Bus Redundant Design

摘要 设计了一种基于CAN总线的多功能传感器,可以同时监测温湿度及压力,对传感器的硬件设计作了简要说明,重点讲解了对CAN节点进行了的总线冗余设计:当一条总线上出现故障而不能正常通讯时,系统可自动切换到另外一条总线上,使总线通讯的可靠性得到大大提高。另外,也对传感器的单片机程序可靠性设计的方面做了说明。经过实验检测,该系统动作可靠,通用性强,成本低廉,便于扩展。 The CAN bus-based multi-function sensor is designed,which could simultaneously monitors the temperature and humidity and the pressure.This article describes briefly the sensor hardware design,focuses on the bus redundant design of CAN node.When a bus fails and the normal communication is thus interrupted,the system could automatically switch to another bus,so that the reliability of bus communication is greatly improved.Furthermore,this article also discusses the reliability of MCU program for the sensor.The experiment indicates that the system is of reliability and versatility,low in cost,easy in expansion.
