摘要
电力线通过载波方式将模拟或数字信号进行高速传输,而新型电力线载波通信芯片ST7540的耦合滤波电路设计是其电力载波通信模块设计的重要成分。以其开发板设计为原型,阐述了ST7540耦合滤波电路的组成,分析了各滤波器的原理、电路结构和传输特性,以通信载波频率72kHz为例,探讨了如何根据通信频率需求来确定相应滤波器电路的元器件参数,试验验证了设计的有效性。
Analog or digital signals are transmitted by the power line carrier in high speed,and the coupled filter circuit design of new power line carrier communication chips ST7540 is the important component of its power line carrier communication module design.With its reference design as the prototype,this article describes the components of ST7540 coupled filter circuit,analyzes the principle,structure and transmission characteristics of the circuit filter,and with frequency 72 kHz as an example,explores how to identify components and their parameters of the designed filter in accordance with communication frequencies.The experiment verifies the validity of the design.
