摘要
乳腺癌是危害妇女健康的常见肿瘤之一，发病率居女性恶性肿瘤的第二位，并有不断上升的趋势。近年来，随着人们对乳腺癌生物学特征的深入认识，保留乳房手术逐渐在临床上推广，术后再辅以综合治疗，与传统根治性乳房切除手术比较，该手术无论是复发率还是生存率，差异均无统计学意义。我院于2006年7月至2009年10月对25例TNM分期Ⅰ-Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者行保乳手术，术后辅以综合治疗，取得较好效果，现报道如下。
