窄谱中波紫外线对人脐静脉内皮细胞的作用机制研究

摘要 银屑病最先发生的病理改变是血管的分布和形成的改变。血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是众多血管生成因子中效力最强、作用最关键的特异性调控因子。血管内皮细胞产生的基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)在血管发生、形成和再生中具有重要意义。窄谱中波紫外线(NB—UVB)(波峰311nm)治疗银屑病具有很好的疗效和安全性^[1]。
