生产率困境二分法的超越:丰田公司的成功启示
摘要
本文认为以矛盾力量维持生产性张力和持续性学习是丰田公司成功超越二分法的生产率困境的两大主要机制。通过对丰田公司成功实践的剖析,本文为在知识经济时代如何处理矛盾性力量、成为双元型组织提供了有益的启示。
