不同水分处理对烟草冠层高光谱参数和生理指标的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为快速、准确检测烟草的生理指标,获取烟田节水灌溉和烟草的生长信息,通过不同的水分处理,采用ASDF ieldspec HH光谱仪,分析不同处理烟草冠层光谱特性,同时运用逐步回归等统计方法,研究了不同水分条件下烟草的冠层高光谱遥感特征参数与烟草生理之间的关系.结果表明,不同水分处理间烟草的生理指标以及烟草冠层光谱曲线差异较大.通过逐步回归方程筛选出了叶片7种生理指标的高光谱特征变量,与叶面积指数,叶片干重,叶片含水率关系最密切的光谱特征变量均是红边面积与黄边面积的归一化值;与叶绿素a,叶绿素b,叶绿素a+b关系最密切的光谱特征变量均是红边位置.建立的回归方程的决定系数和回归系数相伴概率显著性均为显著水平,同时通过检测样本的检验,估测效果较好.因此,可利用这些变量建立的估测模型对烟草的多种生理指标进行快速测定,并可根据烟草冠层高光谱特性初步指导烟田节水灌溉和检测烟草生长状况. The experiment was conducted to examine the physiological and biological indices quickly and exactly, and to obtain information of tobacco water-saving irrigating and growing. We employed ASD Fieldspee HH to measure spectra reflectance of tobacco canopy and studied the relationship between hyperspectra parameters and physiological indices of tobacco by stepwise regression statistic methods at different water levels. The physiological indices and canopy spectra curves of different treatments had obvious rules and great diversities. Hyperspectra characteristic variables of seven physiological indices were screened through stepwise regression, and (SDr-SDy)/(SDr + SDy) was the closest characteristic variable to three physiological indices (leaf area index, leaf dry weight, leaf water content) , Ar was the closest characteristic variable to three physiological indices (Chlorophyll a, Chlorophyll b, Chlorophyll a + b). Simultaneously, Rz and the regression coefficients of equations reached significant level and the equations had good estimating effects through the examination of other sampies. Accordingly, this study suggested that the seven physiological and biochemical indices could be estimated quickly by the estimating models, at the same time, we could guide water-saving irrigating and inspect growth condition of tobacco.
