摘要
为探讨淋巴结转移率（rN）对结直肠癌患者预后的影响，回顾分析362例结直肠癌患者的临床病理资料和随访情况，分析rN与结直肠癌患者预后的关系。结果显示，患者3年、5年生存率与rN分期有关，P〈O．05。结果表明，rN分期可帮助评估结直肠癌患者的预后。
For the aim of exploring the influence of metastatic lymph node ratio^rN） on prognosis of color- ectal cancer authors analysed the clinical pathologic data and follow-up status of 362 cases,and the relation of rN and the prognosis of the patients. As results, 3- and 5-year survival rates were related with rN staging （ P 〈0.05） ,thus it is indicate that rN staging could help to evaluate the prognosis of patients with coloreetal cancer.
