摘要
介绍了纳米粉体材料的RF-ICP射频辉光放电感应耦合等离子体法制备技术及合成系统结构,对制备的纳米SiO_2粉体材料进行了分析表征,并对纳米SiO_2粉体材料在制备铝合金建筑型材静电喷涂用聚酯型纳米复合粉末涂料中的应用进行了研究。
The radio frequency glow discharge inductively coupled plasma preparation technology and synthesis system structure of nano-powder material was introduced, the nano-SiO2 powder material was characterized by TEM. XRD.Zeta etc. , the application of nano-SiO2 powder material to polyester nano composite powder coating which was used in aluminium profiles electrostatic coating was discussed deeply.
