氨基吡啶树脂的合成及其对贵金属离子的吸附性 被引量:11

SYNTHESES OF NEW FUNCTIONAL RESINS BEARING AMINOPYRIDINE GROUP AND THEIR SORPTION PROPERTIES FOR NOBLE METAL IONS

摘要 合成了三种氨基吡啶树脂(APR)。功能基含量3.22—3.71mmol-NH-C_5H_4N/gAPR,吸附容量614.8—665mg Au(Ⅲ)/gAPR。摩尔络合比Au(Ⅲ)/-NH-C_5H_4N=1.0,Pt(Ⅳ)/-NH-C_5H_4N=0.48。选择吸附性Pt(Ⅳ)>Au(Ⅲ)>Cd^(2+)>Zn^(2+)>Pd(Ⅱ)>Mn^(2+)、Cu(2+)、Fe^(3+).吸附的Au(Ⅲ)可用2%硫脲水溶液定量地洗脱,再生的4-APR可重复使用。氨基吡啶树脂有应用开发前景。 The new functional resins bearing aminopyridine group have been synthesized by the ami nation of closslinked chloromethylated polystyrene beads with aminopyridine. The influence of reaction mediums, the molar ratio of reagents, reaction temperature and reaction time on the quality of the resins have been studied. The contents of functional group of the resins are 3.22-3.71 mmol -NH-C5H4N/g resin. The structures -of aminopyridine resins (APR) are confirmed by IR spectra and elementary analysis. The sorption capacities of the APR are 614.8-665 mg Au(Ⅲ)/g [3.12-3.37 mmol Au(Ⅲ)/g] and 247.1-311.2 mg Pt(Ⅳ)/g [1.27?1.60 mmol Pt(Ⅳ)/g] , respectively. The complex ratio of functional group to Au(Ⅲ) and Pt(Ⅳ) are 1.0 and 0.48, respectively. The gold (Ⅲ) adsorbed on 4-APR can be eluted quantitatively by 2% aquous. solution of thiourea. The resin can be regenerated and reused. The sorption capacity of regenerated 4-APR for Au(Ⅲ) is still high to 605 mg Au (Ⅲ)/g. The sorption selectivity of 4-APR is Pt(Ⅳ) > Au(Ⅲ)>Cd2+>Zn2+>Pd(Ⅱ)>Mn2+, Cu2+,Fe3+. These resins may be used in industry.
