摘要
目的了解近两年左氧氟沙星引起的新的以及严重的不良反应,为临床提供及时、有效、可靠的用药信息。方法通过搜集我院2009年发生的左氧氟沙星不良反应报告以及检索2008～2009年中国医院知识库的文献,对左氧氟沙星引起的新的及严重的不良反应病例报告进行整理和分析。结果近两年我院发生的左氧氟沙星引起的新的及严重的不良反应共5例,文献报道2例。结论随着左氧氟沙星的广泛应用,临床应密切注意其引起的新的及严重的不良反应,及早发现,及时停药,做到安全合理用药。
Objective To understand the new and serious adverse reactions caused by levofloxacin through the past two years and provide timely,effective,and reliable drug information for docters.Methods The new and serious adverse reactions caused by levofloxacin were collated and analyzed by collecting adverse reaction reports of levofloxacin occurred in our hospital in 2009 and searching literatures of the Chinese Hospital Knowledge Base from 2008 to 2009.Results 5 cases new and serious adverse reactions of levofloxacin occurred in our hospital were collected and 2 cases were reported in the literature over the past two years.Conclusion With the extensive application of levofloxacin,docters should pay close attention to the new and serious adverse reactions,detect early and stop treatment timely for reasonable and safe medication.
