下肢周围神经阻滞在老年人股骨头置换手术中的临床观察

摘要 目的探讨腰丛加坐骨神经阻滞在老年人股骨头置换手术中的麻醉效果。为高龄患者实施下肢手术提供一种对循环和呼吸影响较小的麻醉方法。方法择期行股骨头置换术的患者20例,在神经刺激仪的引导下行腰丛阻滞和后路坐骨神经阻滞,阻滞后30 min观察麻醉效果。结果 20例患者中均可完成手术,其中15例不用任何辅助药物,5例在间断静脉注射氯胺酮或异丙酚下完成手术。结论腰丛加坐骨神经阻滞在老年人股骨头置换手术中效果较好,副作用少,是老年人股骨头置换术的安全有效的麻醉方法。
