美国核心教育成果为重心的高等教育评估 被引量:9

Outcomes-Oriented Evaluation in Higher Education

摘要 高等教育在21世纪已经成为一个国家综合国力和国民素质的基本考量。而高等教育的评估也成为各国保证高等教育质量的一个重要手段。本文论述了以核心教育成果为重心的高等教育评估的方法以及增值的计算。对于大学生综合能力的考查可以成为高等教育评估一个持续发展的研究方向。一些国际已沿用方法的经验和教训都值得我们参考借鉴。 Higher education has become a determining factor of a nation's overall competitiveness and the well beings of its citizens in the 21^th century.Core-educational-outcomes-oriented evaluation becomes an important means to ensure the quality of each country's higher education.This paper illustrates the methods used in outcomes -oriented evaluation and the calculation of value -added in higher education.The measurement of college students' general skills could become an important direction of continuing research in the evaluation of the effectiveness of postsecondary education.The experience and lessons of international evaluation approaches can be of great value to the practice in China.
