摘要
大速比摆线针轮行星传动中摆线轮齿易发生顶切 ,限制了针齿套直径或其使用 ,采用优化设计的复合齿形 ,既避免了顶切干涉 ,又保证了摆线轮的正确啮合关系和足够的啮合传力齿数 ,并有较高的生产效率和合理的加工精度。
The results,in this optimum design of the tooth profile modificatory parameters of the cycloid disk in high-ratio cycloid-pins planetary transmission,it shows:adopting the introduced tooth profile in interfered addendum,can avoid the interference,guarantee propose mesh relation and sufficient forcedteeth,and has higher productivity and rational processing precision as well.
