摘要
为有效减小船舶溢油事故,造成重大经济损失,破坏生态环境,针对国内外溢油污染防治现状,总结溢油事故的预防及处理措施,提出防治溢油事故的建议。
Vessel oil overflow happened frequently with the development of sea transportation.The events not only caused a great economic damage,but also destroyed the environment severely.According to the actuality of preventing and treating the ship＇s oil overflow at home and abroad,the measures of prevention and treatment were summarized,and some suggestions were put forward to reduce effectively the ship＇s oil overflow.
