萍乡市放射诊疗设备性能检测的现状评价分析

摘要 目的通过对萍乡市医疗机构放射诊疗设备性能检测报告的评价分析,了解全市放射诊疗设备性能的现状。方法收集萍乡市医疗机构2009年放射诊疗设备性能检测报告,进行综合分析。结果本次调查的医用X线机61台,其中检测不合格的27台,占医用X线机总数的44.2%;CT机16台中有3台不合格,占CT机总数的18.75%;医用诊断X线机总合格率仅61%。结论萍乡市放射诊疗设备合格率偏低,常规诊疗设备的使用概率占医院的比例较大,其幅射剂量高,影响受检者的身体健康,建议应尽快出台有关办法和细则限制淘汰的放射诊疗设备和无法正常使用的设备继续使用,各级卫生监督部门应依法强化对各医疗单位放射诊疗设备的监管。 Objective:To understand the whole city's current situation of radiation diagnosing and treating equipments performance through the evaluation and analysis on the performance test report of medical institutions' radiation diagnosing and treating equipments in PingXiang.Methods:Radiation diagnosing and treating equipments performance test reports of the whole city's medical institutions were collected in 2009,and a comprehensive analysis was conducted.Results:Among 61 sets of medical X-ray machines in this survey,27 of them were unqualified,accouting for 44.2% of the total count of medical X-ray machines;among 16 sets of CT machines,3 of them were unqualified,accounting for 18.75% of the total count of CT machines;the overall qualification rate of medical diagnostic X ray machines was only 61%.Conclusion:The qualification rate of radiation diagnosing and treating equipments in PingXiang City is low,mainly dues to:medical units focus on the purchase of large-scale equipments,while ignoring the upgrading of conventional diagnostic equipments.Usage of conventional diagnostic equipments accounts for the largest proportion in the hospital,these equipments' radiation dosage are high,affecting the health of the subjects,the eliminated radiation diagnosing and treating equipments and the "sick" equipments' reusage should be restricted as soon as possible by promulgating the relevant methods and rules,all levels of health supervision departments should strengthen the supervision on the various medical units' radiation diagnosing and treating equipments according to the law.
